Updated Irrigation Schedule 7/29/2026
Castle Rock Water has implemented Phase 2 Watering Restrictions. To comply with these restrictions, BrightView has updated the irrigation schedule for the District’s common areas. Irrigation will now occur on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Please see this notice for additional details
Upcoming Landscape & Drainage Maintenence 7/13/2026
BrightView crews will begin maintenance work in Phase 1 on Monday, July 13. Activities will include weed spraying in native open space areas (expected to take 2–3 days) and drainage basin cleanup to help keep drainage systems clear for the season. Please see this notice for additional details.
Fence Staining 6/8/2026
Taggart’s Painting will be performing fence staining and repair work starting Monday, June 8, 2026. The work will be done in phases as noted on the attached map. Please contact Andy and/or Toni Taggart (see attached Notice) if you are interested in having them stain the inside portion of the fence. They can provide you a quote for the work. Thank you.
